How does an Adagy rescue work?



When a robot fails, it makes a request to Adagy via our API. Adagy routes the distress call to a trained robot operator in our call center. The Adagy operator analyzes the failure, takes control of the robot, and remotely drives the robot to safety.

Will using Adagy complicate my customers’ IT requirements?



We are pursuing SOC2 compliance today. And we’ll guarantee a 1 day turnaround time for IT audits by new customers.

Will I know when Adagy takes control of the robot in my facility?



Adagy operators notify the site owner when they’ve taken control. Adagy operators also prepare failure summaries after the fact.

What if the rescue doesn’t go as planned?



Adagy will notify the site owner immediately. The full Adagy intervention procedure is traceable – the Adagy system maintains an auditable log of all interventions made, down to the individual operator & each action they take.

How can Adagy make my highly sensitive robot operations safer?



If your robot encounters a situation with high uncertainty, instead of being forced to make a decision, it can now call out to Adagy and defer the decision to a trained human operator.
